We are committed to Set & Done philosophy of incremental design improvements in products to better life. We back all of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. Set & Done, reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through setanddone.com and that meet the following conditions:

  • Merchandise was purchased from setanddone.com  We cannot accept returns that were purchased from another store or website. If you need to return an item that was not purchased at setanddone.com, please contact the retailer from which you made the purchase.
  • We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging along with the accompanied accessories/components with store tags attached.
  • To send an item back to us, please enclose the original invoice print which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Set & Done cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. 
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your order for a different size, color or item, we're happy to help. The easiest and fastest way is to get in touch with us on hello@setanddone.com with your exchange query and we will advise as per your special request.

For wrong item(s) shipped If we made an error on your order, please get back to us on hello@setanddone.com with your issue and we will send across a replacement or request for a return as the case may be.
